Is it possible to set a minimum payment amount, so the guest can pay in 3-4 installmets before the date of the reservation? If so, can someone kindly explain how this is done.

Non ce n'est pas possible @Jessica193.

Les voyageurs payent la totalité à la réservation.

Le versement du montant net est déclenché 24h après l'entrée dans les lieux donc sur le compte de l'hôte 1-3j plus tard.

Cela permet aux voyageurs de s'opppser au paiement si l'annonce n'existait pas.

Si le paiement ne se déclenche pas en automatique 48h après l'entrée dans les lieux , contacter airbnb qui déclenchera le paiement.

Fill your payment method in your Airbnb account detail and have it verified. If not they will never know and you will not be paid for hosting.

It asks for my credit card information and not for my bank account. Howdo they pay money? Is using my credit card?

go to 'account' > payout preferences

and add you IBAN or paypal account.

If you account is not in the euro zone or dollars zone, Airbnb will do an international transfert (swift).

It quite dear. About 30-40 euro per transfert.

In these cases, Paypal maybe a better bargain.
