Thank you for your help. I did went through Resolution Center, but only allows me to reimburse 32 dollars. That is why I'm asking for help. Do you have any other suggestion?
I have a guest who canceled a reservation. I wish to refund him the full amount. Turns out I had a "strict" refund policy. I changed that to flexible but AirBnB says they will only refund $84 and the guest looses $104. I want to refund him the full amount. Any ideas how to make this happen???

What I did is before I refund it, I would make sure to have the person's Pay Pal account.
So I can send the person money immeidately.
It means I would ask the Pay Pal account before the guest cancel the reservation, so I can send the rest of money to the guest.
If you do not have it, please contact Airbnb help centre.
They will be happy to help you.
