Hi I was posting to see if this was a technical issue.
I received a expiration notice from a person that I had responded to (within an hour) and had preapproved her booking.
The expiration freed up the dates and another person booked the dates.
I since recieved a message from the first person telling me that there were issues with her booking.
I have "pending payment" from the second booking but have communicated with the first booker letting her know that I would contact her if I don't get payment from the second.
Is this a technical issue? Is there anything else that I need to do so that doesn't happen again?
