Request to book not answered by host

I am a host . I received a txt message saying that people wish to stay with me in Tauranga but when I reply to the txt I can't. AND Air BNB does not have a contact email for advice. Frustrating because I cannot reply I will loose the Travellers. The request doesn't even appear on my AIRBNB site. What do I do?

I'm a little suspexious that therequest isn't on the site. Be very careful as this could be a phishing attempt.

@Graeme5 It's likely a scam. I would not respond to them. Report the number to Airbnb.
