As a host, I would like to know more about how reservation change requests work. So a guest can make a request to change their reservation (e.g. change check-in & check-out dates), how does this impact my availability calendar? Will their request for desired dates automatically blot-out availability on my listing page?
If not, then what would happen if I click (accept) and those dates are not available? Do I just get an error?
A guest can make a request to extend their stay and it's up to you to accept it. How ever it will clearly be impossible to accept it if your calendar is already blocked for the dates requested. The platform will not allow you to accept dates already booked
