Review included my address / how to publish your address

Because a guest left my address in the review it had to be deleted - even though it was a glowing review. Why is it that any communication in the messaging area will cloak email addresses, urls, phone numbers, and pretty much any number, yet the review area does not? That is a serious flaw in the system.

Airbnb allowed my privacy & security to be violated, yet I'm the one that has been penalized. Also, it took far too long to resolve this issue considering Airbnb violated their own policy.

I now see this issue has been reported repeatedly, since at least 2016. @Airbnb is being completely negligent in not addressing this.

On the flip side, if you want your address published, just ask your next guest to post it for you.

My point is that the user address should be blocked to protect users' privacy. It's pretty basic programming.

As a side point, Airbnb support could & should be more helpful in resolving the issue by cloaking the published address rather than deleting the entire review... or by allowing the guest to re-submit their review without the host's address.

It could be that numbers themselves aren't hidden. But anything resembling a telephone number or URL is (Hidden by Airbnb.) If the guest used a '-' or '@' the system would automatically hide it. For instance, a guest could say "We stayed for 2 nights." But not "We stayed @ Karen's house."
