Review not posting

We have put in a review for a guest, but it still shows up as red on the list.  We can see the review when we go through the form and check all the appropirate boxes but it won't submit

@Debra298  Reviews get published 14 days after the guest checks out unless both parties have left a review, then they will be both be published as soon as submitted.

I mean I'm getting a message that I need to leave a review and I did but it still keeps coming back.  Usually you push publish and it says congratualtions you left a review or something to that effect, but today it just keeps coming back that i still haven't left a review.

@Debra298  I'm not sure what you mean "it keeps coming back that I haven't left a review"? You are still getting emails to leave a review? Or it's just showing red? If just still showing red, it's because the guest hasn't yet left a review, and until they do, you have the opportunity to edit the review if you choose.
