Reviews were not prompted

I had a guest cancel part of their long term rental. We had a great experience - but due to lack of jobs they had to cancel early. Due to this, they weren't (nor I) were prompted to leave a review. Is there a way I can still review them - they did stay with me for 1.5 months! And they were amazing guests!

Unfortunately when a host or guest cancels a reservation, the opportunity to review is lost.
