Hi all

Is it possible to remove the reviews relating to a property that I no longer own?

My current home is listed on Airbnb and all guests so far have loved it, everyone giving our home 5 stars. Our previous home, however, had some defects and so some of the reviews got less than 5 stars. 

My overall rating now shows as 78% 5-star reviews, which is inaccurate since that refers to both my old home and my new home combined. I no longer have anything to do with my old home, and have delisted that property.

Any suggestions on how to remove everything relating to my old home?

Hello @Sudana-and-Narina0 Even if you unlist the old property, the reviews from there will stay on your profile. After 365 days, those reviews will become irrelevant for the standard assessment.

Does anyone with 2 or more listings have any recent experience with this? I just got off the phone with Airbnb and they told me if you DELIST the property, the reviews are gone too. However, if you SNOOZE the listing, the reviews will remain.    I'd love confirmation.
