I was on hold for 57 min. That is the epitome of **bleep**ty customer service. Airbnb greed is growing to the point that they won't staff their phone lines but they are their to grab their high service fees. I hope you company suffers as a result of your unbelieveably POOR customer service. You are seriously embarassing. i am sorry I ever hosted with you and will be switching to a company that cares about customers NOT just collecting your **bleep** service fees.
You have not reached Air BNB but are venting with the host forum. 😛 Many of us have felt your frustration. High call volume times with any customer service is SO frustrating. I have found I no longer wait on the phone because I call very early in the morning. Granted, I like to wake up early, but to save hold time, I would set my alarm and call at 5 AM. Hope this helps a little 😄
