Rif.: Payout

I am a first time Host for AirBnb, I have selected the payment method which transfers money into my account. Airbnb has told me that I should receive my payout within 4 working days yet this has not taken place. I would like to know why I have not received my payout yet. I have contacted the Bank and they say that they have not recieved anything. I have contacted AirBnB help line and no one is helping me. I have another guest coming and I am not sure if I should host as I am not recieving my money. Please can someone help, regarding this.
