Seeking co-host or property management in Oceanside, California

Hello,

We are owners of a small cottage complex in Oceanside, CA, across the street from the Oceanside Transit
Center and four blocks to the beach. The cottages are comprised of five separate studio, one and two
bedroom units that have been recently renovated.

We are seeking a co-host or property management service to help us get started with establishing the
cottages as short term rentals, year-round.

Ideally, our co-host would assist us with the following responsibilities:
* advertising the units
* revenue and budget
* guest check-in/check-out
* cleaning, turnovers and maintenance
* handling all guest communications
* collection and payment of TOT
* compliance with Oceanside's newly passed STR program
* preparation of house manual
