September rentals

September rentals

Hi,

For 15 months I have been non stop. I have four rentals and have been booked. Also made Super Host each quarter. All of a sudden when my August guests left I'm at a dead stop. I've checked on the listings and all is good. Even put on Zillow for extra exposure. Nothing. Anyone else experiencing this??

With a world-wide recession happening and the cost of living going up expendentially for many - it's not surprising that luxury items like holiday rentals will be affected @Kathleen887

Could also be done to the major changes Airbnb made to it's platform in the summer.

As always check you have written and photographed your listing with your target audience in mind and that you are both taking direct bookings and listing on all relevant channels to maximise your exposure and bookings.

It's been a strange year for us here in Phuket, usually April is the end of our season but we have been almost fully booked and also strange is an unusual amount of American guest, one was for 30 days, we are almost full until the end of February Im not complaining but I see lots of here and FB groups asking the same questions,

Normally our two biggest markets are the Russians and Chinese thats not happening at the moment,

Hard to give an answer,
