@Michelle185there isn't a number in Malaysia (see the list and methods here) so your best bet might be to send a DM on Twitter which gets a good response from Airbnb.
I placed an order for Smoke and CO Detector (Order #**) way back on 06th. Oct 2017 and it was for free with a delivery of 6 to 8 weeks. I repeat 6 to 8 WEEKS. It is now close to 8 months and I have yet to receive delivery confirmation inspite of 6 - 7 follow-up phone calls in past 7 months. Not impressed at all.
