Smoking

Hi,

We have no smoking apartament, and it is writen in a rools and I marked the apartament with a ”no smoke” stickets but some guests smoke anyway. What to do?

charge them through the deposit.. and put your policy on a peace of papper so any one checked in may notice and read and understand that they will be charge extra cleaning services from smoking in the apartment..

give them a recommendation of designated smoking areas around the building.
