I once had an enquiry from a guest who had been a regular Airbnb'r.

It said something just like you mentioned, and I thought...."ok, well at least I know what I am dealing with....? I really appreciated the honest diplomacy from the reviewing host. I am in agreement with Deb and Dave.

I did not post that. I am new at this. I am trying to activate my instant book. I know to go to Manage listings hover on the left but it does NOT show INSTANT BOOK so I can't activate it if it isn't there. Thank you.
