Hi everyone. 

Need help please. 

 wanted to send a special offer to a client not charging them for an extra person since it was a child. So I sent it, reducing the people arriving by one. They accepted and confirmed the booking. Now however I noticed that the amount I am receiving is without the special offer I sent. I am afraid I might have done something wrong. Don't want the clients to pay extra since that is what we agreed. I am a new host and don't really know what to do about this now. 

Dose anyone have any advice on the matter?

Did you check your transaction history also (future transactions) ?

When you reduced the amount of guests, was it reflected (re-calculated) in the price of the special offer ?

BTW I noticed on your listing you charge extra for the 5th and 6th guest, it counts also if it is a child (2-12 jr)

But if the confirmed reservation still is not what you want it to be, you can change it (option "change" in reservationslist) and then sent it to the guest for confirmation.

My transaction history has the full amount.

 

The amount did not change after I reduced the guests. I noticed but thought it would sinc. How can I do it better next time? At first I tried to change the amount but it would not so I changed the amount of people think it would change the amount. 

 

I will correct it right away.

You charge extra in your listing for the 5th and the 6th guest.

So the total amount will only be recalculated if you add (or remove) a 5th or 6th guest (like in an special offer or in a reservation change). Up to four guests price will allways remain the same.

That is what I thought. If I reduced the 5 people to 4 the amount would be reduced to the standard price for four people. For some reason it didn't. 

I will correct it the way you suggested above.
