The Security Deposit - Seeking Advice

I've been a host for several years and have been tremendously lucky with my guests. However I just walked by the window of the AirBnb room and noticed that the black-out pull shade has been torn halfway off its roller. 

Do you think this damage is worthy of a security deposit claim, or would you consider that in the normal "wear and tear / things happen" category?

@Rachel160 it depends on how much it costs to fix/replace it. If it is not a substantial amount I would let it go, if not I would file a claim.
