No, no, no!!! Never process a refund through the resolution centre yourself, because Airbnb will typically still deduct the amount from your future payouts, so you'll be charged on the double and you'll have to fight tooth and nail to get it back (if you ever do)
At the very least, contact CX and have them process the refund manually, and make sure you keep clear records of all communication that took place, so you have solid proof that the refund actually happened.
And if, like @Tiffany-and-Jim0 mentions above, you can't get any response from CX, simply don't proceed, until you do.
