Title character length for listing

When can we see the above increased?  It's too short and doesn't even fit 

the following example (provided by Airbnb) 

Sunny, family-friendly Soho apartment

I have noticed varying lengths of space for title listings. For example, there's a listing in Mexico with a title that's longer than the amount of space that I'm allowed ( in U.S.) Do different countries have different rules when it comes to title space?

Yeah me too! I see some listings in the same city as our listing, and they have well over 50 characters in their title, but I'm allowed no more than 50. I have no idea why that is....
