Two twins verses a Queen bed?!

Okay, hosts.... what do you think? My mother-in-law will be hosting her spare room (in a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa) and she has the choice of two twin beds or a queen bed. Which room set up would increase or decrease her room bookings?

@Amy-and-Marla0  Two twin beds pushed together become a king size bed. So she could list 2 twins and say that they can be pushed together to create a king. I think there are things available to fill the gap if you do that, so there isn't a low spot in the middle. The bed frames would have to have sliders under the legs to make them easy to move. Otherwise, I'd go with the Queen.
