Airbnb is putting ME-a Host in LA- out of business and in the street, by not paying for HOSTING a GUEST AND FOR HIS DAMAGES!
I have been lied to by the airbnb case managers all along for more then 15 days and in order to avoid paying me the $1148 they owe me, they even have NOW closed my account... I can’t imagine that!
Thank you to Carl&Diane in San Marcos, TX for sharing the emails for Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky and Chip Conley. Unfortunately they are completely ignoring my emails I sent to them… and just sending automatic emails back with other emails such as to Host or Guest Concerns: Aisling Hassell, Global Head of CX aisling.hassell@airbnb.com
So far No-one answered to my email yet… Any suggestions to save me!
