Un reembolso (send money back to client after he/she cancelled)

Como puedo enviarle dinero de vuelta a un huesped que ya cancelo? y no me aparece en la lista de las personas posibles a rembolsar..

If the guest canceled before the check-in date and/or payout, refunding is managed by Airbnb, depending on your cancelation policy. Otherwise go to list of reservations, select "ask or sent money" from the pull down menu at end of line  of this reservation ((click the "three dots")
