Unable to see professional photos

I got my apartment professionally photographed by Airbnb a few weeks back. The photographs were uploaded on my listing and were visible for a few days before suddenly they were taken off automatically. I can't see them anymore on my listing. Is this a system glitch? Also, there has to be a way to contact Airbnb directly to resolve such issues?

Hi guys

We got photos taken over 3 weeks ago now.  The photographer has been paid but our professional photos are not visible yet.  Is this normal practise?
