we have been renting a room on Airbnb for some time and still haven't got any payment. The support of Airbnb keeps on telling us that they are still verifing the banking account, but it has already taken more than a month and we have no news from them. Has any of you had similar situation? Do you know who can we write to?
I am also waiting on payment from AirBNB - normally I get an email the next day afetr a guest has booked in but I am still waiting on payment for over 2 days now. Why can't we have a better and easier way of contacting AirBNB?
