What are my rights as a host to cancel mid-booking ?

My listing  the spare bedroom of my apartment. I am a professional female hosting a professional male. My listing clearly states that it is for a single guest only. He asked if his girlfriend could visit for one night this weekend and I said that would be fine. I came home tonight and she is here. i wasn't notified st all, and have not met her. 

I feel very very uncomfortable with this situation. He is booked for another 5 weeks. I feel the trust is lost and I would like to have a reasonable conversation with him about cancelling his reservation. What are my rights here ?

I'd simply say, if his girlfriend stays one more night, would he object if you added her to the booking? if he agrees you get an additional fee for an extra person (make the price higher than the original booking) and if he doesn’t agree she obviously can’t stay.

if you think she NOT going to be coming more often you'd be very naïve.
