What kind of insurance do I need??

Hi,

Looking to AirBnB a house that we are renting in South Australia (with the landlords permission).

Can anyone tell me what kind of insurance I need to have in place to cover us if the guest causes any damage, if they are injured, if God forbid they burn down the house etc?

On the other hand what kind of insurance would we need if it was a house that we owned?

In the US, our broker suggested Homeowner's insurance with a rider for an "at home business".  They also suggested an Umbrella policy to keep us safe from some sue-happy yahoo going after us for our assets in case Airbnb doesn't pony up for an Insurance claim.
