What should I do when the staying people is more than the reservation

As the new host, I received 7 reservations. And there are three reservations where guests put the incorrect number for staying in the house. Have you guys met this happen before? How should we avoid this situation happening?

Ask the guest to use the "change" option on the reservation and to enter the correct amount of guests (adults, children, infants and pets).

You need to be very clear and mention in your house rules that only registered guests are allowed. 
Maybe search topics about house rules in this community.

Also if. Ore people arrive than have booked contact them straight away and tell them they need to add the additional people to the booking and pay the extra guest fees if they want the additional guests to stay @Anna11833
