I wonder where or how to get these coupon codes??

We're recent superhosts. Do we receive anything from Airbnb after a while?

If the new guest signed up and booked a place using your referral code. You and the guest will receive credit credited into the account automatically.

It depends what you are referring to for the "anything". Generally, benefits of superhost can be found at the superhost link.
