I have been having the same problem: I am in South Africa but my rate are in British Pound.
Just now I got an instant booking, and once again I got notice of it with short payment: this is the 4th time airbnb write the wrong rate (even though clearly stated in my profile and my calendar) and therefore shortpay me
Luckily were only a couple of pounds, but beside the fact that I really need every cent, I am very worried for future and longer booking
The most frustrating thing is that there is no way to conatct them, which is getting more and more suspicious: whay nobody can freely communicate their grievances?
