We really enjoy hosting in our home and have done so over the last few years to boost our freelance income. I have had an unexpected windfall and would like to buy a flat which we plan to host as an air bnb 'entire flat/home' listing. I am concerned the new 90 day ruling in London for 'entire flat' listings will spread to Bristol and prevent us from hosting year round in the possible new flat. Can anyone give me any insight that could help me make my decision, as we would probably be looking at a different sort of flat if we could only rent it out long term.
