Confusion about pricing

Confusion about pricing

I am renting an entire house consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  AirBNB are suggesting a nightly price of 19€ but I am unclear as to whether this is per person (it sleeps 6) or for the entire house.  I have read several related comments on the community pages but am now even more confused.  Can anyone help???  I want to earn 46€ a night for the whole house in off-season irrespective of the number of persons as this is approximately what I earn now, renting out privately.

Hi - you currently have your pricing set for approx £45 stg per night - irrespective of the  number of people staying there. I believe that is what you wanted to achieve.

You also have a monthly discount set at 10%.

You should consider beefing up your house rules and also putting place a security deposit, particularly as you say suitable for events (which to some will mean wild parties). You have a flexible cancellation policy - which is very generous for a full house - I would suggest changing it to moderate.

I would also suggest you need more photos - for example you only show one bedroom

AirBnB will offer price suggestions based on a number of factors - however you are free to ignore these and base the price on your experience of what price you can obtain.
