Read the comments - Air bnb has been taken over by speculators and is causing misery for local people all over the planet.

People can not afford to live in their own communities because the prices of houses and rentals have gone through the roof as a direct result of so many air bnb rentals.

How about limiting air bnb rentals to only owner occupied locations.
