cancelled booking due to only a one night stay when 2 was needed to book

Hello, it is required that all bookings are at least for 2 nights but somehow with auto booking on somone was only allowed to book a one night stay somehow so i needed to cancel the reservation because it did not meet our requirments. can you please set the dates to available in our calendar please?

You would need to contact airbnb with that issue - fellow hosts and guests on the forum do not have access to your account.

Hi,

I had the same issue and how can take no bookings over a busy time. The Insta book automatically booked it when I did not choose tohave this option of the property but was automatically set up this way and I cancelled as I had a prior longer bookign which took priority.

Never cancel a booking without Air BNB staff help, @Ingrid176.  Contact Air BNB and speak with a rep to get the penalty reversed.  Go to manage listing and turn off Instant Book.  Here is a link to a guide found under Help on this site.

@Ingrid176  You will need to call Airbnb about this. Unfortunately they set Instant Book as their default when you set up your listing. If you don't want to use this function, you will need to turn it off.
