cleeningservice or co-host in CROTOY/Baie de somme

I have rented for several years our family house in baie de somme/France.

To keep our price low people brought their own bed linen and towels.

It was also possible to do the cleening themselves or paye a fee. (Travellers could make a choice)

With the new policy of airbnb this will no longer be possible.

I would like to know if someone in my area can exchange their experience.

As I'm living 2 hours away, ones and a while I meet my guests and  I paye someone to do the check-in and check-out.

This personne can not wash the linen and towels.

I would like to know if anyone can help me to reorganise.

What new policy?  I don’t charge the cleaning fee online, I have them leave cash upon check out and it is noted in the listing and I discuss with them.
