How the hell do I contact air bnb, another frustrating company who cant supply even a simple phone number.

@Jon52, there's a "Search for Anything" box in the top right of the Community Centre where if you enter "contact Airbnb" you will quickly find the methods and numbers for contacting Airbnb. Or even a cursory glance at the threads here will provide it as we answer the same quesation multiple times a day. But for future reference the UK number is 0203 318 8111.

Hi I had added my bank account details 2 times but they are not verifying the account.i didnt get any payment for the past 2-3 months for my booking.i need my money.please verify and deposit my money in my account.its very frustating.

This is not the Airbnb contact, this is just a community board. You need to contact Airbnb.

It is possible to find the info here on the community pages, however, this is absurd. It needs to be clearly posted on the website where all guests and hosts can easily find it. Their customer service used to be excellent--now it is practically non-existent. Here is the US number to call for assistance 415 800 5959. You'll notice that the agents have Indian accents, so it seems likely that they've outsourced this service.

I suggest we all file complaints with feedback@airbnb.com. I'm not clear that those are even being read, however, as I've had no response. I'm currently looking to list my properties elsewhere.

There is no contact information anywhere, as far as I can tell. I have searched the site for hours. As a host, I'm incredibly offended by this. Please post a US phone or email if you have one. Thank you.
