Hi I have just had a booking cancelled by the host. Part of the payment was a coupon as we are Superhost hosts. The refund I am being offeren by Airbnb does not seem to include  the coupon value. How does thisd work? Bill

@Brigid-And-Bill0 Well that's not right, especially if the host cancelled.  So you were refunded only what you paid?  Did you get  10% extra for booking elsewhere?  Not sure what Airbnb will do, but it's worth a try to get the coupon (don't know what it is in EU, but for me it was $100 USD, a tidy sum) reinstated especially if you are Super Hosts.  Give them a call!
