extra charge air condition

Hi from Cyprus, does anybody knows how to put an extra charge for the air conditioning,  please if anyone knows to help me out because summer is here and I have to be prepared.

You with need to build it into your nightly charge (and then refund if it is not used). Or you agree a daily rate up front with guests BEFORE they confirm and pay for the booking.

You need to think about how you will know whether aircon has been used or not - or if it is possible, for example, to switch off the system for guests who say they do not wish to use it.

i would suggest charging in advance rather than trying to chase guests afterwards for payment.
