So, whenever I need help from Airbnb, nobody there. They are using bank which is charging 17 Euro per transaction,  without notifying hosts like me. So, practicly, I have rented rooms for free so Airbnb can have their share, my bank 3 Euro profit, and whichever bank Airbnb use-17 euro per transaction.

My entire profit is lost, and trying to reach anybody from Airbnb did not work. 

Will definitely close my listing, ask for my money, and will never reccommend Airbnb, ever.

How did you even contact AirBnB?  I can't find a number anywhere.  I can't get my bank account or PayPal account to connect to them, so can't get my payouts.  I'm in Nova Scotia Canada

Hi,

This is not an Airbnb Help Center, it is a forum for hosts and guests  on Airbnb who try to help out if they can.

Airbnb do not look at it.

There is a "search for anything"  feature at the right, type in what you are looking for e.g.  "Contact Airbnb" and  a lot of posts will come up with the information you are looking for.

Contact Airbnb - Twitter is apparently best way to get quick response.

btw: @Milos4  Most all banks here charge huge fees for transactions  - best to find another solution for payment.

About two posts above yours someone has posted a link to the Contact Airbnb post which lists all the ways of contacting them.
