guess refund

The guess arrive to my place and they do check in, and arround 10 pm, they ask me for refund the money, my question is.... i have to refund all, part or nothing of the payment.

the point its than i decline 2 other rreservatios for thosse days and that make me loos money.

she say the aparment dont smell well, i propouse clean the area y let the aparment well, but she was so rude and try me very bad.

they live home the same day check in.

what to do?

You do nothing. It is the guest's responsibility to cancel the reservation and receive any refund directly from Airbnb, if applicable.
