guest broke key

Guests broke key to main apartment building at 1.30am. They got a locksmith out to let them into block. Who is responsible for paying the locksmith?

@Louise5  bizarrely I had the same issue  but the guests never tried to ring  another intercom to let them inside, and call directly Locksmith and after send me the bill I told her I won't be paid back as she just jump to Locksmith without trying to contact me or call for another tenant and let me deal with the keys issue, especially she had to  2 sets of keys. 

So I refuse to pay her the locksmith fees,

@Louise5   They are, but that doesn't mean they will or that airbnb will make them pay.
