guest wants refund as she is not happy with property

a guest has arrived at my house and decided she docent like it she is leaving and wants a full refund ,

If the guest simply "does not like it", then she need to cancel the reservation, the cancellation policy attached will calculate her refund automatically. If there are issues with the house, then you should try to resolve them with the guest, otherwise the guest probably  will contact Airbnb and complain.

she has left the house but not cancelled , ABB will contact her to cancel...
