high season - low season price difference

Hi,

I'm writing to know whether it's at all possible to show the different prices according to the season?

I'm in Elba, Tuscany and it's common practice to have cheaper prices during the months of April, May and beginning of June, higher in July and August, and again lower in September and October. We are only open 6 months a year and then closed during the winter.

At the moment I can chose my basic price, however that doesn't reflect the period of the stay.

How can I make this clear in my add?

thank you for your help.

Hosts very often offer different prices, @Nove0, so guests can check prices in the booking window. You can simply put those prices in the description. The pointer on the map usually shows the lowest future price.

Hi @Nove0

This might be what you are looking for, it works proportionally for stays of less than a week. Or you can alter the prices on your calender by highlighting the days you wish to alter.

Hi Jeff,

I can't locate the page you are referring to? I can't seem to find it...

Thanks,

Eline

Hello @Nove0,

Welcome!

I was wondering if you could let us know if you were able to sort out your prices?

Hello Quincy, thank you for asking, unfortunately I haven't been able to adjust my pricing per month, or season as we call it here. If you have any suggestions...

@Nove0 I know it is not a great solution, but some people just set the prices for the days of high season manually.

You can set the price for a range of days all at once, so that makes it a little easier...
