host Feedback

Hello, I am Victor, I just had my first host and apparently they did not receive from airbnb a feedback form or somewhere it got lost. They were my first hosts so I am trying to sort this out so that they can leave a feedback but i do not know how to proceed. To sum up, I have sent feedback but did not receive one. I have contacted the visitors and they claim they did not receive an e-mail from airbnb. Does any one have any advice on this matter? Other than that, I am very happy to join this community and being an active host in a lovely costal airea in the island of Evia. Wish you all the best

They do not need the email as such, as that just contains a link to go to the review form.

If they go to their "trips" section  then I would have thought that under that trip, there will be a link to write a review ..I know it says "read your review" one it is done/published.
