hi guys
im hosting at central london
3 entire flats
and several private rooms.
last week, there was error in their system
and my account is blocked, and all my reservation (future, and ongoing) is canceled
so i lost my future all bookings. well it is fine.
but
they also canceled previous booking ( who already checked in or checked out)
as i called them, they asked me to keep them saying " if they stayed at urs , u will get paid"
but until now.
i have not got paid for my hosting
also, for the future booking ( which i got newly) , i couldnt get paid
as i asked them , they said "the payout which i made for ur canceled booking is penalized so it will be deducted for future booking "
i hosted them, airbnb canceled reservation not me. and airbnb canceled 6 days after guest check in /1 day before guest checked out ( they canceled whole -trip booking)
so i have 1400 usd which i have not got paid
and also i have 2600 usd which i hosted guest airbnb sent and canceled. so it is penalized
i lost booking for this month which is fully booked from 3month ago (they said they cant do something for canceled booking and asked me to get new booking no compensation)
it is all because their system error
they said they cant do something, and they keep saying
reservation canceled , why did u host them? ( because reservation is canceled 6 days after their check in...?)
do u know where should i ask legal advice..?
or anyone who have similar situation
