missing payouts

I haven't been paid since August for two hostings. The test transaction with 1 cent always worked out. Do not not know how to receive now my money. And it's urgent as the bookkeeper needs it.

Very clever from Airbnb that nobody is responsible for it and there is no hotline etc.

You can check the status of the payouts on Airbnb on your Transaction History pages.

If something is wrong then you need to contact Airbnb: Airbnb Help: contact 

Be sure to select the right options in the contact form, then you will end up in a chat session.

To get paid in a reasonable length of time - ensure that your preferred method of payment is selected as DEFAULT from the pull down menu.  Stupid I know - especially if you only have one method of payment but it must be set as default
