Hi,
so, I have this problem with a review I posted and not sure how to proceed.
I was voice-dictating the review, the first sentence came through ok, the second became garbled to something nonsensical, then the connection cut out, and I found myself with the review posted, and immediately unmodifiable.
I wrote to AirB&B support, and was told that it was being forwarded and someone would get in touch with me soon. No one did, so maybe a week later I wrote again, and went through the same thing. Now I'm on the third iteration of this, and it's been about a month.
I mind a bit, because the host was really great, and does not deserve to be stuck with a review that ends on something about "Preston Taxis". Is there any one other way to ask AirB&B to let me modify the review?
