I am working with someone who booked our Cabin and she says she can not see my responses to her messages. She can't see my pictures

If you work with her could you not access a computer or bring in a laptop. Then she could log in with you there and you can try and see what the issue is.

Alternatively she can contact BnB and see if they can help.
