rebooking another trip if I cancell one

I have cancelled the trip because I couldnt get any reply from the host. Can i book another  trip without waiting those two weeks with the refund and additionat from account.?

As far as I remember, while cancelling you have an option to move the funds on to another reservation, @Tomas59, instead of withdrawal.
