Buenas tardes, tenemos un huéspes que estuvo con nosotros hasa el día sábado 6 de abril.

El desea extende la resera pero no hay sido ppsible hacer.

Por favor nos ayudan con eso.

it is not possible to extend (=change) a reservation past check-out date/time. The reservation has ended, so the guest should have booked a new one (or you could have sent him a special offer and leave the cleaning fee out (if any) )
